Refund policy

At Stealth-Masters™ our aim is your complete satisfaction. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 7 business days as long as the unit has not been used. The unit must not have been installed on any wall and the foam must be uncut.  

To process a refund, you must write to returns@stealth-masters.com with photographs of the unit’s concealment bay, support bracket, and foam.

A representative will respond with authorization for the return if the unit meets the conditions for acceptance.

Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the item, but shipping costs are non-refundable. It may take up to 7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

If you ordered our products from a third-party dealer (anywhere other than stealth-masters.com), please contact that company’s customer service department.

Please read all conditions below. If conditions are not met, Stealth-Masters™  reserves the right to refuse the return or to charge a restocking fee.

The Return Process

1. Email us at returns@stealth-masters.com with your order number and the reason for a return.

2. Obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number from our support department.

3. Write your RMA number clearly on the outside of your package.

4. Do not use any package other than the original, as improper packing of items could result in damage to the items being returned and a deduction from your refund amount.

5. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

Conditions

• All returned items must be in new condition, in their original box, and must include all packing material, instructions, invoice, and all accessories.

• Stealth-Masters™  is not responsible for personal items left in returned merchandise.

• RMA numbers are valid for 10 days.

• Stealth-Masters™ is not responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise purchased from us.

• Shipping charges will not be refunded.
